Default Securing Pivot Table detail?

If users can open the workbook, the data in Excel is not secure. If the
data is confidential, you should put each person's data in a separate
workbook, and create a pivot table from that data.

Can I so that users only see their data?

I have a situation that a pivot table will be shared with a large amount of
users. I'd like to secure the pivot table detail data so that they only see
the data that is theirs.

Is this possible? If so, how?
