Default hiding zero values in a pivot

I need to suppress all zero values in my pivot table - the values are not
calculated. The reference data source, which I can't change, has about 1000
rows x 50 columns of data. I need to show one piece of it without zero's.
For example, I have 150 non-zero values out of 1000 rows.

Is there a way to not show zero's without manipulating the reference data
source?
