How do you decide if you want it multiplied by C1 or D1? What are the
conditions?

Need help for creating a formula.
I need a formula to do the folowing on Excel 2003 program :
B1 cell x ( C1 and or D1 ) and put the figure on E1
in other words :
multiply B1 to either C1 and or D1 and put the calculated figure on E1.
Thanks in advance.
