SUMPRODUCT nor array formulas can handle entire column
references. Rather than using D:D, use something like
D1:D2000.

Greetings,
I would like to COUNTIF with 2 criteria and I have read

on how to use
SUMPRODUCT to accomplish this. However, I am still

getting a pretty #NUM!
error in the calculation. Here is my formula:

=SUMPRODUCT(--('Turnover Details by HR Group'!D:D=A4),--

('Turnover Details
by HR Group'!B:B=$B$2))

Please help. Thank you,
Mike
