Hi

At the right end of the QAT (Quick Access Toolbar) is a dropdown. Select
and choose Last item to Customise.
with dropdown Choose Commands from, select All Commands.
The Speech options will be found in the left pane, Add whichever you
want to the Right pane and they will be on your QAT.
