Default X-Axis When Y-Axis has Plus and Minus Values.
When an X-Axis has a Y-Axis w/ Plus and Minus Values,
the Values for the X-Axis appear at the "Mid-point" (Value of Zero) on the
Chart.

Can It appear at the bottom of the Chart...where the "largest Negative
Value" is???
