One possibility. This assumes Exhibit 1 is in cell A1 of Sheet 1

Enter 1 in cell B1 of sheet 1

Enter =CONCATENATE("Exhibit ",B1)

Enter =CONCATENATE("Exhibit ",Sheet1!B1+1) in A1 of Sheet 2

Etc.
