Default how can I filter a worksheet to only show cells with certain termsin them?

If I want to look anywhere in column A to E for "apple computer", I'd insert a
helper column (column F???) and use a formula like:

=countif(a2:e2,"apple computer")
or
=countif(a2:e2,"*apple computer*")
And drag down the column.

Then I'd filter to show rows where this column is greater than 0.

column but I'd like to be able to do this over multiple columns. Does
Excel have a function for this?
