Can anybody suggest some low cost tools/add-ins for publishing Excel
workbooks and sheets as HTML web site content? The data includes tables and
charts. The output should support tabs for different sheets.

This is for a weekly progress report. Until now I've been using a wiki, but
I'm fed up with the limitations and increasingly arcane formatting syntax.
The source data is in Excel.
