Just limit your initial pivot table data source to the months you actually
want (assuming your data is sorted). You can use dynamic named ranges to
accomplish this. Check out Debra Dalgleish's site at
www.contextures.com for
great tutorials on pivot tables and dynamic ranges.

Hi,
I have about 50 pivot tables that shows a rolling 12 month period. After I
refresh each month I want to drop off the 13th month. How can I do this
without having to go to each table and deselect the latest month? Any help
is appreciated thanks!!
i.e. february 2007 to february 2006 - With all the months in - between.
After refresh -
March 2007 to February 2006 - I don't want to display the Feb 2006
Thanks You!!!!
