Issue Severity Status

1. Highest Open
2. Critical Closed
3. Highest Closed
4. Critical Closed
5. Critical Open

EXPECTED RESULT

CRITICAL ISSUES OPEN = 1
CRITICAL ISSUES CLOSED = 2
HIGHEST ISSUES OPEN = 1
HIGHEST ISSUES CLOSED = 1

Any form of help would be appreciated.
