Default March Madness and Conditional Formatting (Excel2007)

I've broken out and dusted off the ol' NCAA Men's Basketball tourny bracket
spreadsheet; (Excel template) and I'm attempting to make a few tweaks and
improvements; (just part of the fun during 'March Madness' days I guess!)

Anyway, I thought I might try to work in a few of the new conditional
formatting features from Excel 2007 for fun as well; (specifically color
scales, data bars or even icons might be nice).

Heres the deal.

Using either a color scale or data bar, Id like to [conditionally] format
the cells containing the names of the colleges in range c8:c70 based on their
tournament seed ranking which is listed in range b8:b70. (say, something like
green for North Carolina, red for Eastern Kentucky and a yellow hue for
Marquette). You get the picture ! This way I can instantly see which team is
the higher seed in a given game and be able to follow Gonzaga Univ; (seeded
10th) as they march on to victory over those €˜greener schools such as UCLA,
Duke or Virginia Tech.

Thanks in advance for any assistance with this!
