Copy them from a folder on the win2k pc to a USB thumb drive. Then copy from
the USB to your favorite folder on the Vista pc.

If you use a CD (or CDRW), then you'll probably have to turn off the Readonly
property (via windows explorer).

Or email the files -- if you have email on each pc???
