Here are two options:

1. Freeze pane
At you left, Click on row number ... 3. Goto menu WindowFreeze pane...
This will make everything above row 2, stay still when you scroll.
Then use WindowUnfreeze pane.
(The same principle can be used to to freeze columns or rows and column.)

2. Window Split
Your right scrollbar, at the top (abover the small triangle), is a small
thing like a miniature "brick". You can drag that to split your window. (The
same procedure can also be found under menu Windows...)
