Toggle between worksheets
Hi all,
If you are going back and forth a lot between two sheets that are not
adjacent and you want to use the keyboard:
1. From one of the sheets, press F5 and type the sheet and cell address you
want to go to: Sheet15!A1, click OK. (you only need to do this step once!)
2. Now when you want to return press F5, and your last location on the
other sheet will be in the Reference box, so just hit Enter.
3. Now to go back again press F5, Enter.
You can repeat this process as long as you want to toggle between one sheet
and the other.
Regarding the Shortcut right mouse click on the tab scrollers - as stated
this is not a keyboard method; and if the workbook has many sheets not all of
them will be listed so you may need to choose More Sheets and ... On the
other hand if the sheet is nearby, then of course you could just click it
(not a keyboard method either).

CTRL + PageUp and PageDown cycles you through the sheets one at a time.
To switch from Sheet1 to Sheet8 I would right-click on the navigation arrows at
bottom left to get a list of sheets to select from but that is not a keystroke.
Not sure if this applies in Office 2007
