Enter the following formula in A1, and drag down:

=TEXT(DATE(2005,1,2)+(ROW(A1)-ROW($A$1)+1)*7-7,"m/d/y")&" to
"&TEXT(DATE(2005,1,8)+(ROW(A1)-ROW($A$1)+1)*7-7,"m/d/y")
