need to create a formula.

In Cell c230 = Cell c7
In Cell c231 = Cell c11
In Cell c232 = Cell c15
etc. How do I create a formula that I can copy and paste from cell c230 to
the other cells c231 thru c300.
Whe I reference =G7 in cell c230 and reference G11 in cell c230, copy and
paste gives me the incorrect formula.
