Table w/straight-line depreciation & annual rate depreciation for.
Hi:
Try:
[A] [b] [C] [D] [E]
Cost Salvage Net Depn Rate [1]
96,345.00 20,000.00 76,345.00 12,724.17 13.21 [2]
96,345.00 20,500.00 75,845.00 12,640.83 13.12 [3]
A2=96345
B2=20000
C2=A2-A3
D2=C2/6
E2=D2/A2 (Should it not be based on net value?)
Copy it down to row 3
Change B3 to B2+500
Then copy row three down to row 20.
You have it
OK you can make it a little nicer with the fixed infomration at the top in a
table and them link the cells to the table.
I leave that for you to ponder.

Need to create a data table showing straight-line depression and annual rate
of depreciation for salvage from $20,000 to $29,000 in $500 increments.
Cost-$96,345; Salvage- $25,000; Life- 6 years; Annual Rate of Depression =
SLN/Cost
Thank you.
I can not seem to know exactly the right titles and subtitles for this table
