Instead of spamming the newsgroups, you could answer a few questions to show
people that you know enough about excel to be a useful resource.

You could include a note in your signature file that says you're available for
paid development along with a link to your web site for more information
(experience, rates and the like).

By the way, I think you mean "delay" not "dreay".
