Default Is there a template for a personal timetable?

How about Google calendar, I haven't used it but you
can keep it to yourself or share it, and combine with, I think,
about ten other such calendars.

Or simply make a grid in Excel with days of week across
and dates across, fill in with Excel your schedule, print it,
periodically update Excel from the paper sheet you update
with a pencil or pen. Probably easier to update than a PDA
besides. If you don't have more than two events in a day
you can put a lot of dates on that sheet of paper.

Use the fill-handle to copy down and across

certain times ie at school at scouts at work or at guides.
