Default Can't remember....please assist

On Screen:
Choose cell in row below the one(s) you want to remain in view, then from
the Menu bar: Windows | Freeze Panes
Go there again later and use Windows |Unfreeze panes to undo it.

In printout:
File | Page Setup and on the Sheet tab, look for the 'Rows To Repeat at Top'
area.

Hope this helps some.

I cannot remember how to do the row repeat from the workbook itself, so that
when I scroll down from page to page I can see the header that I have. Please
assist.
