Is there a countdown timer (or function) available for Excel that is not too
obtrusive?

Something that will display in a cell or similar would be fine. It would need to
have the ability to run when other code is running, so there might be a clash.
However, I would like to try.

I have other countdown timers, but this save having two programes open.
