Assuming "data" is in the range A1:H7.

Array entered:

=IF(ISERROR(SMALL(IF($A1:$H6=$A2:$H7,$A1:$H6),COLU MNS($A:A))),"",SMALL(IF($A1:$H6=$A2:$H7,$A1:$H6),C OLUMNS($A:A)))

Copy across until you get blanks.
