Default Excel 2007 Chart Options

michaelberrier -

With a chart object selected, choose Chart Tools | Design | Select Data, and
in the Select Data Source dialog box, click the "Hidden and Empty Cells"
button. That might be the option you are seeking.

Finding one's way around Excel 2007's new interface is somewhat like
trying to get Silly String back into the can....

I have a chart that plots four values, one of which is the result of a
formula. The chart sees this as a zero value and thus plots zero's
all the way across the chart. In previous versions (I last used
2002), under Tools--- there was an option to "Active Chart plot empty
cells as..." nothing. I cannot find this anywhere in the new version.

Any ideas anyone?
