these formulas for weeks and days

=INT((SUBSTITUTE(B2,".","/")-SUBSTITUTE(A2,".","/"))/7)

and

=MOD(SUBSTITUTE(B2,".","/")-SUBSTITUTE(A2,".","/"),7)
