Click the arrow at the right end of the QAT
Choose More Commands
Under Choose Commands From, select All Commands
In the list, select a command, and click the Add button
For your examples, look for:
Plus sign, minus sign, division sign, multiplication sign,
left parenthesis, right parenthesis, equal sign
