Try the following...
=INT(B1-A1)&" days, "&INT(24*MOD(B1-A1,1))&" hours, and
"&ROUND(60*MOD(24*(B1-A1),1),0)&" minutes"
...where A1 contains the start time and B1 contains the end time.
