You can also just not copy the = or edit it out after pasting the formula.
If this is just for occasional reference and not something to takeup space
all the time, it may be worth looking at ToolsOptionsView & put a check in
the box for Formulas, go back and remove the check when you're done.
Keystroke: Ctrl+` (Grave Accent, right above the Tab key) to toggle formulas
on/off.
