This is usually because the spreadsheet is trying to reference a library that
has not yet been installed on your computer.


1. touch ALT+F11

This opens the VBA window

2. pull-down:
Tools Referemces...

This opens up a long list of references. Look for the missing one.
Then get installation instructions
