Question:

I have a lookup table:

A
Fruits:
Apple
Orange

B
Dairy:
Milk
Cheese

And I have a list:

Milk
Orange
Cheese

I want to set up a formula to count from the list:

# of Fruit
and
# of Dairy

Please help.
