Default Is there a limitation on the amount of data that can be hidden?

Never seen it but this sounds like it might solve your problem

Hi Guys;
Running Excel 2000.
I ran into a problem when I tried to hide data (columns).
Working a spread sheet that is 151 columns wide by 765 rows high. In order
to make navigating and working the sheet easier, I decided to use the Hide
Columns feature to set aside column that were not pertenate to the task at
hand.
When I tried to hide the 84th column I get the message "Cannot shift
objects
off sheet"
Does anyone have an idea what causes this error and if there is a simple
work-around?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated,
Craig
