In Excel 2007:
Click on the big ugly round Office button in the top left, then click on the
Excel Options button at the bottom of the pop-up.
Click on the Trust Center item, then the Trust Center Settings button.
This shows a dialog with various locations, with buttons to add, remove, or
modify these locations.
