Default Look for and Retrive Data

Hello,
I have data as follows
Item A Item B Item C Item D
1 10
2 20

What I require is that when user enters info in Item C column that the
corresponding Item B appears in Item D column.
example: user enters 1 in Item C column want 10 to appear in Item D column

Please Advise
