Default Exporting to CSV file

Although you are saving as a .CSV, you are re-opening with Excel. Once you do
this, any change you make may affect the formatting of the file. If you were
to open the file in, say, Wordpad, it would show with the commas, and if you
save from Wordpad, it would not give you the same warning.

In other words, you will continue to get this warning any time you attempt
to save any file from Excel as .CSV.

not compatible with CSV... Do you want to keep workbook in this format?
Yes - to keep format, which leaves out any incompatible features
No - to preserve features, click no

I select Yes, I want it to remove "incompatible features" and save as a true
CSV file. but the next time I save it, I keep getting the same Excel window
