Default Creating Forms with Excel 2007

In case Bernard has mis-understood the 'Form' to which you refer, go to the
QAT (Quick Access Toolbar) select the arrow to the right and then more
commands..., select All commands from the drop down and scroll to Form...
add it to the QAT and voila. Not thrown out with the bathwater, if this is
what you meant???
