(How) Can I set-up up a Custom number to display fractional fractions as in
this example:

Display 108.95 as 108 9.5/10
109.70 as 109 7/10

I can make it work for whole numbers as in the secon example by making a
Custom No as ?? ?/10, but cannot get it to show me decimals.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
