Default Creating a formula

I put the date entry in cell B2 and in D2 i put =TODAY(), this gives today's
date in D2. Select cell B2, select Format|Conditional Formatting and set the
first box to 'Formula Is' in the entry box write =$B$2<($D$2+14), then click
format and select the format you want when the date is within 14 days of
today or the date has passed.
