In Excel 2003 if I use

Tools--Options--Colors

to modify one of the colors and then click "OK" to close the window, I
cannot reset the colors to the default palette anymore. Hitting the Reset
button doesn't do anything.

The reset function seems to only work within the same 'session' while the
Options/Colors window is open.

To restore the default palette I would have to exit Excel and restart it. I
can reset the colors in Excel '97.
