Try this formula in the CF

=--J12<100

If i actually type in a negative number it recongizes that it is less then
100 but the lookup value gives it a hard time.

I'm having an issue getting my condtional format to read negative
numbers.
The format is if the reference cell is less then 100 fill the box
red.
The
reference cell is a lookup value. The conditional format works for
everything
including zero but once you hit -1 it goes back to green (a
different
conditional format for 100)
