Bud -

You can apply custom error bars to show a different SD for each point.
Double click the series, click on the Error Bars tab, click in the box
next to Custom +, and select the range with SD values, then click in the
Custom - box, and select this range (use two ranges for different + and
- values). If you used the entire column 3, all the values in column 3
would be used, for the corresponding points in column 2. If you only
wanted one point to have error bars, use Column 4, and keep it blank
except for the value you copied from column 3 (use the whole range in
column 4, even though it's mostly blank).
