Default COnfused about the addtion formula...

If you have no gaps in your list, going down, then enter the formula in the
first applicable row. Move yur cursor to the bottom rihgt hand corner, and
you'll notice that the shape of the cursor changes. When this happens,
double click on the mouse, and the formula will copy down to the end. If you
do have gaps in your list, then enter the formula in the forst row. Select
the cell containin the formula, press <Ctrl<C. Select the cell immediately
below this cell, click and keep the mouse button depressed, drag down to the
last cell in the list, and press <Ctr<V to copy it sown.

left to right. My problem is that i would like to add up the monthly numbers.
The ting im confused about is, do i have to make a formuila for each student,
cause that would be 80 times! How can i do this a simpler way???
Thanks in advance
