Default graphing algebraic equations

MJ -

Use an XY (Scatter) chart type.

Each line is linear, so each line can be a data series specified by two
points (e.g., one XY pair on the horizontal axis and one XY pair on the
vertical axis).

Can I easily graph the following on a graph in excel. The idea is to find
an
optimal solution

I'm tryiing to maximize profits on

50x + 20y

subject to the constraints

x + y <=100
150x + 50y <= 8000
x<=40
x,y =0

I can do this in solver with no issues, the challenge is to get into an
x,y
line chart without a lot of manual rework on the chart.
