Default Hours on X axis

Double click the axis, and on the Scale tab, enter the values you want in
the min, max, and major unit boxes. Use a time format of h:mm or h:mm:ss to
enter the values, and Excel will convert them to the decimal equivalents for
you.

Thank you David. I changed to custom hh and getting 7:12 or 2:24 instead
of
7:00 and 2:00. Is there any way around it?
