Excel Row Height
Row height and column width are based upon the Normal style. If you click on
a blank cell and then click on Format - Style and make sure the Normal style
is selected in the drop-down box at the top of the window you can click the
Modify button to change the font. If you set the Normal style font to Arial
14 you will find that the row height is automatically set to 18.00 provided
that there are some cells formatted with the Normal style on that row. If
you don't like using a size 14 font for your data you can change the format
of your cells to whatever font you want but the row height will still be
based upon the Normal style and size to at least 18 points if you are using a
size 14 Normal font.

Is there a way to use the autofit function with an "at least" setting. I
want all the rows to be at least 18.00 point, but to grow when wrapping. If
I set the row heights manually to 18 they don't grow, if I use auto fit, they
go back to 12.00 point.
