Default Pivot Table Help

Hi

From the PT toolbar, invoke the Wizard and select Layout.
Double click on the data field and the select Options, where you will
find a range of options for calculating percentages.

If none of these suit your purpose, again from the PT Toolbar, from the
dropdown select FormulaCalculated Filed and set up a new field giving
it the one set of data divided by the other, and set format to Percent.

Does anyone know how to show one column data as a percentage of
another
column. I have two set of data in the pivot table and I would like
one
set of data to devided into the other set of data to get a %. Is this
possible using a pivot table? I need to use the pivot table as I am
manipulating a large amount of data.

Thanks
Andrew
