Default Countif - change color of cells that meet criteria

Try this:

Select the Col_I cells

From the Excel main menu:
<format<conditional formatting
Cell value is: Less than or equal to 29
Click the [format] button and set the format you want
Click the [OK] buttons to finish

Does that help?

Hey All

I've got a simple countif and all I want to do is change the cell color
on the items that fall into this criteria. For some reason I can't
figure out how to make this happen ;(
Here's my countif
=COUNTIF(I:I,"<=29")

Thanks in advance
