When opening an Excel spreadsheet, Excel opens, but the document takes 30-60
seconds to open. However, if I minimize Excel, it minimizes and then
immediately maximizes (by itself) and displays the spreadsheet.

The Office 2007 diagnostic utility does not find anything wrong, and I have
the technical refresh update installed. This problem started occurring
immediately after installing 2007.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.
