I'm kind of confused about what goes where, but maybe it's as simple as:

workbooks("tbd.xls").worksheets("sheet1").range("f 34").value = isum
or
workbooks("tbd.xls").worksheets("sheet1").cells(bl astrow+2,"F").value = isum
