Find and delete Both Dupblicate Cells in a list
Enter and run this macro:

Set rDel = Range("B" & Rows.Count).End(xlUp).Offset(1, 0)

Set rDel = Union(rDel, Cells(i, "A"), Cells(j, "B"))
