I need help writing a formula. What I want to do it look at two different
values in a spreadsheet and report multiple values based on the first two
values.
I don't know where to begin. The first two values can be different numbers
each and depending on the combination of those numbers I want to report
several other numbers.

I don't know if vlookup will help or if there is another function that will
allow me to look at the two values with out getting too complicated.
